Alpbachtal "Sepp" app: for the latest news or events as well as excursion tips, please use the Alpbachtal Sepp app.

Alpbachtal Card
You will receive the Alpbachtal Card for the duration of your stay. With this card you receive many discounts. For more details, please refer to the Alpbachtal Card folder.

Arrival and Departure
We guarantee the rooms from 3.00 pm and on the day of departure the rooms are available until 10.00 am.

Bath robes & slippers
You will find them in your room cupboard, on loan for use during your stay.

Bed linen for allergy sufferers
With pleasure on request.

Bicycle
In summer you are welcome to use our bicycles free of charge. You will find them in the bike room.

Bread delivery service
With pleasure we are offering a bread delivery service from Monday - Saturday. On Sunday and public holdiays no delivery service is offered.

Orders are possible until 4.00 pm the day before. 

Change of linen
We are happy to change your towels or bed linen. Please contact us for this.

Check Out
Check out is until 10.00 am. Unless otherwise agreed. We ask you to take the garbage to the garbage room. Please also ring the doorbell when you leave, unless otherwise agreed.

Dishwasher tabs
Under the sink in the kitchen you will find dishwasher tablets and hand dishwashing liquid. If you need more, please let us know.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome to stay with us. For this we charge an additional EUR 15.00 per dog / day. The stay of dogs in our hotel requires an increased cleaning effort. We want to ensure that all rooms and public areas are hygienic and free of animal hair in order to offer guests without pets or allergy sufferers a pleasant stay. We therefore ask you to ensure that your four-legged friend does not lie in the bed but on the blanket provided.

E-charging station
You are welcome to charge your e-car with us. You will receive a fuel card from us for this purpose. We charge 0.35 EUR / kWh per kWh. This will be charged on the final invoice.

Farm shop

Outdoor Area
You are welcome to use our barbecue in the outdoor area. If you need coal, please let us know. In summer, there are also cushions for the benches and chairs in the gray box on the house wall. Could we ask you to put them back in the box after use? Thank you.

Sauna
Opening hours are from 17.00 - 20.00 or on request. There is the possibility to choose between bio sauna and Finnish sauna. Please let us know, otherwise a Finnish sauna will always be set.

Ski room
Located behind the brown door next to the garbage room. Please do not enter the apartment with your ski boots on

The nearest train station is Rattenberg / Kramsach and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Vacuum cleaner
Can be found on the second floor in the "Washing time" room (to the right of the stairs)
