Long Stay discount: if you book more than 10 nights you will get 3% discount on the appartement price as a Longstay discount (only valid trough direct booking.)

Personal and individual advice: In our family-run apartment house with so many possibilities for leisure activities, it is particularly important to us to give you the best tips for an unforgettable vacation in Radfeld and the Alpbachtal valley
Flexibility: We are also happy to fulfill any special requests you may have. Are you coming with a group or would you like to surprise your companions? We are happy to cater to your wishes and needs.
Laundry service: We offer a free laundry service every 4 days for longer stays. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer for our guests' own use.
EARLY CHECK IN and LATE CHECK OUT: possible on request for a small surcharge, subject to availability.

Tourist tax of € 3.50 per day and person from the age of 14.
All prices quoted are per apartment and per night, excluding visitor's tax. For stays of less than 4 nights, a short stay surcharge of 10% will be charged.

The apartments are available from 3.00 pm. Arrival is possible until 9.00 pm.

Later arrival after consultation. The apartments must be vacated by 10.00 a.m., otherwise you will be charged for an additional day.

Cancellation insurance - carefree vacation

In times like these, many things are uncertain. That's why we've relaxed our cancellation conditions for your well-deserved vacation. You can cancel free of charge up to 31 days before arrival. From 30 to 8 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 30%, within the last 7 days before arrival 70% and on the day of arrival 90% of the booking value. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
